What Pumptide is
Pumptide is a website that helps you build and sign Solana transactions for pump.fun's public programs: creating coins, buying and selling them, and opting coins into pump.fun's fee sharing. It never holds your keys or your funds. Every action is a transaction you approve in your own wallet.
Risks
Coins created here are highly speculative. Most lose value and you may lose everything you put in. Prices on a bonding curve move with every trade. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice.
Tokenized stocks and third-party tokens
Pairing assets are issued by third parties, not by Pumptide and not by the companies whose names they carry. Issuers may pause, freeze, move or burn their tokens, charge transfer fees, or restrict holders by jurisdiction. Check your local rules before you trade.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, the content you upload (names, images, links) and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
Fees, rewards and locks
Fee splits, holder payouts, liquidity compounding and the launch-buy lock are operated by the Pumptide team through the addresses listed in the Docs. They are provided on a best-effort basis and may be paused, changed or ended, including by changes pump.fun makes to its programs.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pumptide and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, the programs it talks to, or the tokens you trade.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time by updating this page.
Privacy
We store the public data needed to run the site: coin metadata, wallet addresses that create or trade coins, and transaction signatures, all of which are already public on Solana. We do not collect email addresses or run third-party trackers.
